As a prospective renter, do I need to Join VRUL?

No.  If you are looking for a vacation property to rent, there is nothing to Join.  Simply click on Search for Rentals and get started today.

How do I update the availability calendar for my listing?

Your personal availability calendar is maintained through our Member Login area.  Simply login using your username and password.  You will see a brief description of each of your listings along with an option to Edit the Availability Calendar.  In the administration section, you have the ability to list and view reservations for your property.  Prospective renters will only see that the date is not available.  They will not see the renter information.

What is the annual listing fee?

Our annual listing fee is $69.00 per year with 3 pictures.

How do I pay for additional photos if I add them to my listing later?

When we receive your request to add photos, we will send you an e-mail with the payment terms and payment options.  Upon receipt, you may pay with a credit card on-line or by phone or fax.  We will also accept personal checks made payable to Vacation Rentals Unlimited. 

 
Can I enter and pay for multiple listings at one time?

If you are paying on-line, you must enter and pay for one listing at a time.  If you elect to Pay Later, you will setup each listing and receive a confirmation e-mail for each listing.  You may then summarize your total and send us one payment
